For conferences with more than 100 attendees, we recommend planning 4 to 6 months in advance. If the event includes international speakers, stage construction, or venues in high demand, it’s best to start planning 6 months or more in advance. For smaller-scale internal conventions, we can work with a 8-week lead time.

We can assist you with program design and speaker coordination, but the scientific or technical content is always determined by the client. Our role is to turn that content into a well-produced experience that makes a strong impact on the audience.
