In May 2023, INFOBIP held an in-person event in the city of Madrid titled "A Journey to the Heart of the Customer and the Citizen," where they engaged both their clients and internal team in a natural, human, and personalized conversation at every point of purchase/contact within their preferred communication channels: #conversationalmarketing, #conversationalsupport, and #conversationalcommerce.

During this "Hosted Infobip Experience," they covered topics such as the power of conversational experiences, omnichannel communication, and CX on WhatsApp. They also had the participation of INETUM, discussing productivity and commitment as key points in their new Customer Support models, and META, who spoke to us from England about where people connect with companies using WhatsApp.

With almost full attendance of guests, we had a day of discussion, technology, and quality gastronomy in one of Madrid's most exclusive spaces.
